Croftweaver is free, open-source software. If something does not work, or you are not sure how to go on, ask. These are the ways to reach us.

Questions and bugs

Ask on GitHub: open an issue at github.com/karero/croftweaver/issues. Issues are public, so others with the same question find the answer too. Leave out keys, passwords and anything about your customers.

An issue is easiest to answer when it says:

• which release of Croftweaver you use (the newest is on the releases page), or, if you installed it with the skills command, the date you last installed or updated it,
• which AI assistant you work with, for example Claude Code, Codex or Antigravity,
• what you asked the assistant to do,
• what happened, and what you expected instead.

Before you write, it is worth updating to the newest release: the problem may already be fixed. The quickstart covers installing and the first site.

Security problems

Please do not report a security problem in a public issue. Use GitHub's private vulnerability reporting instead. What the skills run, and which services they contact, are listed in What the skills run.
